In our production, we use 127 Dürkopp Adler and Pegasus sewing machines. Most of them are standard and the rest are used for decorative seams and fringes. The average age of the sewing machines is 3 years, guaranteeing quality of production and smooth production flow.
We use two cutting facilities, Pedersen and Sandt. There are 300 employees in the manufacturing division and they work in three shifts.
Daily production is between 15 000 and 18 000 units and we are very flexible in providing additional production capacities for new production lines, if required by the client.
The manufacturing is fully adjusted to the client's requests. We take part in the planning and quality inspection of all parts of the product according to APQP procedures as well as in the testing of their feasibility.
